EIN 43-6135543 · Snapshot of IRS recognition, filing currency, financial health, and governance.
Santa Maria Country Club was a K of C corporation that provided a building for family gatherings, I.e. wedding receptions, baptisms, birthdays. The 12-acre field behind the building provided athletic activities, soccer, softball, horsheshoes, and corkball. The mission was to provide an atmosphere and opportunity for the community to enhance family life. Santa Maria Country Club went out of business in 2019 and sold its building and 12 acres. The proceeds of the sale of the building and property were donated to 501(c)3 organizations to comply with our Board policies.
