Raleigh City Farm

2025 was a year of strategic planning and expansion for Raleigh City Farm. In 2025, Raleigh City Farm continued to advance its mission by refining our regenerative, climate-resilient practices resulting in healthier soil and plants. The farm team harvested and distributed 10,000 pounds of food through our farmshare and pay-what-you-can farmstand programs supported by nine interns. We stepped up our education and engagement activities by launching a first saturday program that included free workshops, workdays, lunch and tours, hosted an 8-week farm to camp program and logged over 6,000 hours of volunteer service. We also signed a license agreement with the city of Raleigh to expand to a second location at marsh creek park, increasing our total footprint to 2.7 acres.
