Cultural SocietyCSEBRIs primary program activity during the Fiscal Year was the development and launch preparation of the Aapi History Museum. The organization invested in Museum buildout, exhibit preparation, educational materials, signage, furnishings, staffing, occupancy, supplies, and public-facing infrastructure to create an educational Museum space that amplifies AAPI voices, preserves community histories, and provides public access to Aapi History. These activities directly supported the organizations exempt purpose of education, cultural understanding, community engagement, and the inclusion of Aapi History within Rhode Island and American History. As a result, expenses exceeded current-year revenue during this Fiscal Year. The deficit reflects the planned use of prior-year resources for the organizations exempt purpose and does not reflect a decline in mission activity.
