Bismarck Recreation Council

To stimulate and interest the citizens of Bismarck in the expansion and upgrading of parks, playgrounds, athletic arenas, and other recreational facilities and construction and maintenance of such recreational facilities by municipal and other public authorities; to provide financial assistance to youths from Bismarck and surrounding communities and to contribute to the betterment of the community through promotion and support of the development of Recreation programs and facilities.
