Two key elements of the Heart foundation's mission are increasing awareness of Heart disease and educating the public as many people are not aware that Heart disease as the #1 cause of death for both women and men in the United States. The components of our awareness raising and education program include providing the public with up-to-date information and resources through our website, providing educational videos and social media posts, conducting online interviews with medical professionals and Heart health advocates, and responding to questions received via our website and social media channels. The Heart foundation has over 42,000 followers on our social media channels, and countless more visit our website and view our posts and videos all over the world.
