Charitable purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (or the corresponding any future unitied States internal revenue code). Such puroses shall include, but not limited to, the coordination of the acquisition and installment of state-of-the-art dental equipment and dental schools throughout the United States. In doing so the corporation will assist in the development of the dental profession by providing dental students with the educational opportunity to be trained on the use of the latest dental Technology.
