The nature of the activities to be conducted and the purposes to be promoted or carried out by the corporation shall be exclusively charitable, scientific and educational within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as the same may be amended from time to time, or of any corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law (the "code"), and shall include the following:(1) to increase the number of yoga classes offered to special populations, such as the impoverished, the elderly, troubled youths, individuals living with cancer, aids, depression, emotional illnesses, people suffering from other chronic diseases, and others who traditionally are underserved in the field of yoga;
