To support charitable organizations that were of interest or supported by JAY Uiberall, including but not limited to organizations devoting their activities to improving the lot of disadvantaged children, improving the state of downtown memphis for the general public, improving the inspection and administration of the food and service industry, and as otherwise determined by the officers.
