The nature of the activities to be conducted, or the purposes to be promoted or carried out by the corporation shall be first, to serve as a business league under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code of 1986 and the regulations thereunder, as they now exist or may hereafter be amended (the "code"), composed of aaa/caa CLUBS ("automobile CLUBS") that become members of the corporation ("member CLUBS") and second, to promote the common interests of the member CLUBS, by implementing and participating in events, meetings, analyses, communications and other activities in furtherance of the corporation's purposes including (but not by way of limitation) the following: (a)to provide a forum for senior level executives of the member CLUBS to exchange information and share ideas regarding operating issues to help member CLUBS succeed in their responsibilities to their staffs and to their aaa/caa individual members.
