Receiving and administering funds for charitable, educational and religious purposes as described in section 501(c)(3) of irc, developing and implementing projects and activities to advance the quality of life in undeserved urban communities, by providing life changing access to resources and experiences for effective community engagement, and educating, promoting and advocating issues to help individuals experience a healthier and positive lifestyle, and conducting all activities incidental or necessary to accomplishing the foregoing purposes or otherwise permitted by section 501(c)(3) of the code.
