Rotary Club of Homosassa SPRINGS Charitable Foundation Inc

The Rotary Club of Homosassa SPRINGS Charitable foundation, inc (foundation) was formed to be the entity to raise funds to be given to individuals and organizations by way of scholarships locally for scholastic achievement, support for scholastic programs, and service projects to support the community. The members of the foundation must be members of the Rotary Club of Homosassa SPRINGS, inc (club), a Florida not for profit corporation chartered by Rotary international as one of six Rotary clubs in citrus county, Florida, however foundation directors are elected separately from club directors. The foundation is a new entity so it has no past activities. It plans activities in citrus county to be conducted by foundation members to raise money if it is recognized as a 501 (c) (3) organization.
