Funds were used for/to the sculptor, foundry, casting, construction, erection, and the state of Arizona. The state of Arizona mandates, under statute, a fee that is required to allow placement of a statue on state grounds. Additionally for the education about and/for the event the required insurance, chair rental, printing of programs, fans, and podium rental for the erection ceremony/event on may 4th.
