To establish, facilitate, and provide for the development, education, and training of female youth athletes in amateur fastpitch Softball for local, state, regional, national, and international competition, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
