Rockingham Rotary Foundation

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, including, without limitation, to further the charitable goals of Rotary international by assisting the charitable efforts of the Rotary club of Rockingham county, the mission of which is "to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
