The Hummingbird Project works for social justice by reconnecting people to the natural world and empowering community resilience through ecological regeneration and sustainable practices. Availability of documents the organization makes its organizing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public upon request. Conflict of interest policy all board members and key employees are required to sign a conflict of interest policy. Board members and key employees must disclose when something may be construed as a conflict of interest. No conflicts of interest have been identified to date.
