To act on the behalf of children and families in the napa valley to ensure childrn with communicaiton needs have access to augmentative communicaion and have equal access to cirriculum, to assist children and their families to improve independent function and mobility, to promote educaitonal programs for napa vlley unified school district special education children and families via assistive technology, provide appropriate assessment for these technologies and to expand the lending library into a technology resource center for all students in the napa valley unified school district.
