Baton Rouge Basketball and Volleyball Association

The primary mission of the organization is to provide quality, family-oriented recreational opportunities for the citizens of east Baton Rouge parish; provide opportunities for the development of social and character building skills; promote citizen involvement in the decision-making process for certain recreation opportunities; establish partnerships with local groups to accomplish mutal goals and objectives; promote Basketball, Volleyball and other indoor sports and competitions as a quality recreation experience benefiting the health, wellness and mental well being of the participants as well as benefiting the community of east Baton Rouge; and promote Basketball, Volleyball and other indoor sports and competition events as a tourist attraction with economic benefits to the community.
