Monitors and manages open space conservation easements and fee title lands in imperial, San Diego, riverside, san bernardino, Los Angeles, orange, kern, and ventura counties; conducts the Native restoration program known as the santa river watershed in lieu fee program; monitor and manages Native birds, reptiles, fish, amphibians and mammals in Southern California; and obtains grants to support some of the above activities.
