Rigorous, interdisciplinary educational and mentoring program in the performing arts empowering pre-teens and young adults from underserved, multi-ethnic communities to achieve their goals as professionals in the entertainment industry. We provide our youth with fundamental techniques in theater, dance and music, based on individual needs and professional goals as well as instruction in personal development including self-esteem strengthening exercises and conflict resolution activities which help create role models and community leaders.
