Cambridge international STRING Academy places a major concentration on the study of orchestral technique. This study serves a dual purpose: to assist with the preparation of the repertoire required for most orchestral auditions, focusing on the most requested excerpts in the major orchestral audition lists, and to improve the student's performing ability both technically and musically. The Academy also addresses the needs of correct mental preparation necessary for success in auditioning with the ultimate goal being to obtain professional employment.
