This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public educational purposes.Within the context of the general purposes stated above, this corporation shall: 1) Provide non-medical household support services for families of children with a cancer diagnosis. 2) Provide non-medical household support services for children with a cancer diagnosis.
