It is the mission of this corporation to serve as a research and educational organization that formulates and promotes conservative public policies, based on free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense, with a focus on the state of arkansas and in turn, effectively promoting these policies to the point they are incorporated into arkansas' laws and/or regulations.
