To organize, establish, create and maintain a sport club; to organize and conduct athletic games and tournaments; to provide instructional activities in sporting activities; to promote, foster and encourage sportsmanship and physical contests; to promote character building and physical well-being; to promote, foster and advance in every lawful manner, the common interests and goals of those engaged in sports and athletic activities of every kind; to affiliate such club with other similarly constituted clubs, leagues, associations and organizations. The corporation operates as a youth soccer club to encourage and engage in organized play and competition with other clubs, leagues, associations and organizations; to purchase, lease, acquire, own, control, operate and maintain sports equipment and gear and to develop those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self discipline, team play, fairness and self reliance which are the essentials of good sportsmanship.
