Project Chodosh Inc

The purpose of the organization is to collect and disseminate information to aid in the observance of the Jewish religious regulations related to the laws of "Chodosh"(new) and "yoshon" (old); to conduct research and identify which foods contain such " Chodosh": and to provide ongoing support to consumers seeking to avoid such foods through an annual publication containing educational background information and detailed product and food establishment listing; and by providing answers to the many questions that arise through a 24 hour hot line, pager, fax and email services, as well as rabbinical consultations.
