The governing body of the organization (the trust) consists of the contributing Employer only, who executes all decision-making authority over the organization based on its own, internally determined decision-making authority. To the extent this decision-making authority is delegated to one or more individuals within the contributing Employer entity, there are no published meeting minutes relating thereto.
