Global Oceans

Three robotic deep sea vehicles owned by Global Oceans, rated for operation to 6,000 meters, have been redesigned and will be rebuilt (the "rov project") to support two core ocean missions: the Global seamounts project, and the innerspace deep sea initiative. Private philanthropic funding is being sought to support this project. Global Oceans' three core program missions all remain open and in development but had no financial activity in 2024. These include the innerspace deep sea science initiative, the atmospheric ocean observatory, and the Global seamounts project.
