The organization's mission is to support entrepreneurs in building the skill sets needed to launch, run and grow their businesses through practical education; thereby creating economic growth and jobs, which benefit the founders and society as a whole. The organization puts particular focus on those groups which are historically under-represented in entrepreneurship and innovative communities, such as women and rural entrepreneurs.
