Grace and Faith Ministries

The purpose of this corporation shall be to propagate the gospel of the lord Jesus Christ; it is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, missionary, and education purposes; including such activities as: offering spiritual leadership, conducting worship, biblical teaching and guidance in religion, ministering, pastoral care, and other high level specialized activities of a religious nature, including such purposes as the making of distributions to churches, ministries, and to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the us internal revenue code.
