Our Gems

OurGEMS is a youth mentoring non-profit organization. Our mission is for girls and boys to become successful and influential leaders through a group mentor team approach. We realize our mission by: 1. Developing in our girls and boys critical thinking and strong communication skills. 2. Providing professional career guidance and employability skills. 3. Assisting our girls and boys transition from school to college technical school and or the workforce. 4. Fostering compassion empathy and genuine concern for the welfare of others through civic engagement community service projects and philanthropy.
