Our activities develop the follwing: career awareness work-based learning experiences seamless pathways to industry-recognized credentials Education & business partnerships step expands capacity to engage businesses in Partnership with the public- school systems and community colleges to increase career exposure, educational attainment, and training opportunities for local students. Through the help of step, these partnerships provide the avenue for work- based learning opportunities for students, and meet the workforce needs of businesses. Additionally, step is the region's backbone organization leading the myfuturenc goal as the local Education attainment collaborative.
