(1)To provide community public benefit programs, with particular emphasis on educational programs, on a charitable and nondiscriminatory basis for the people of the City of Brea and the Sister cities of Brea. (2)To carry on other charitable and educational activities associated with these goals as allowed by law (3)To promote international understanding between Nations of the world through establishment of Sister City relationships
