LA Grange Celtics SPORTS Foundation

The purpose of the corporation shall be to promote, encourage and foster the development, establishment and expansion of athletics and the promotion of social welfare in the community, and to undertake such other activities as now or hiereinafter may be permitted pursuant to the Illinois not-for-profit corporation act 805 ilcs 105 et. Seq., and any purpose permitted under sections 501(c)(3) and 501(d) of the United States internal revenue code, as either may be amended or superseded from time to time.
