Global Surgical Expedition (GSE) sends physicians and healthcare professionals to underserved countries to deliver medical and Surgical care. GSE also supports Surgical infrastructure by donating Surgical equipment and training local providers to deliver surgeries themselves. Further, GSE conducts research to better understand and treat urological disease, supports Global advocacy efforts to improve access to Surgical and anesthetic care, and provides Global surgery education and training opportunities to medical students and residents. Finally, GSE seeks to educate the public community on topics of Global surgery and poverty through the creation and dissemination of videos, blogs, and educational materials.
