Tournament expenses: the direct expenses associated with "tournament" activities consist of costs to provide Baseball fields in the greater Las Vegas Valley; umpire fees; Baseball equipment; and awards to the participants in the Baseball tournaments planned and monitored by Vegas Valley Baseball, inc.during the period january 1 through december 31, 2023, there were approximately 10,500 youths between the ages of six to eighteen who participated in the tournament activities provided by Vegas Valley Baseball, inc.the participants were from various parts of the United States (including the Las Vegas area) that traveled to Las Vegas to be part of the tournament experience.
