Provide monetary assistance to local charities, organization and schools in stockton, located in san joaquin county, California, the funds to help education programs that aid in the teaching and improving the quality of life for all handicap individuals. The funds are only to be used for such programs for handicap individuals that show a need for basic supplies, electronic equipment, educational materials and computers. Along with sponsoring a few social school events for the handicapped individuals. Prom night - a special night for the handicapped individuals, a safe and fun filled night for those individuals that are not able to attend. The handicap individuals attending the prom night will receive financial support to cover the costs for transportation, food, clothing, photos and accessories.
