Holy Cross High School Endowment Corporation

To operate exclusively for religious, charitable, educational and scientific purposes and solely for the purposes of securing and administering gifts for the purpose of providing financial assistance to students of Holy Cross High School of waterbury, inc.; to secure and administer gifts for the general educational purposes of Holy Cross High School of waterbury, inc., including without limitation the improvement of facilities and the general educational mission and programs and; to serve as a conduit for Holy Cross High School of waterbury, inc. to invest and manage its funds on a temporary basis.
