To improve the quality of life of rural families in all areas. This is accomplished through the Head Start & Early Head Start programs, in which the organization strives to assure the successful,emotional, social, physical, cognitive, & self-esteem growth of children from birth to five. Our mission includes providing children with safe and supportive learning environments, strengthening parent skills, and strengthening the family.
