ALL Herding Breed DOG Rescue of Illinois

To carry out Rescue efforts that aid Herding Breed dogs or dogs with Herding Breed parentage, including establishing and maintaining shelter and/or foster care for Herding breeds, establishing and attaining adoption services for Herding breeds, and recruiting, organizing and training volunteers to carry out to animals; and to do any and all lawful acts and activities in furtherance of the purposes of the corporation; all of said acts to be exclusively charitable and/or to prevent cruelty to animals within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code or corresponding section of any federal tax code.
