Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association

The Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling association's purposes are: (I) to coordinate the efforts of accredited member institutions of higher education which minimally offer a bachelor's degree and share a commitment to promote the sport of amateur Wrestling by competing at the highest levels of Intercollegiate amateur Wrestling; (ii) to organize, supervise, promote and maintain the membership annual Intercollegiate Wrestling tournament in compliance with national collegiate athletic association rules and regulations, which is the automatic qualifier for the ncaa Wrestling championships; and (iii) strive to enhance the esteem and skills of member institutions in the sport of Intercollegiate amateur Wrestling.
