To support educational activities and programs conducted by or in connection with the Grand Rapids Downtown Market, inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation, including, but not limited to educational activities and programs directed at (I) culinary and nutrition Education; training and entrepreneurship, (ii) food production and gardening, (iii) obesity prevention, (iv) wellness, and (v) access to and promotion of fresh healthy foods. To solicit, receive and administer funds exclusively for such educational and charitable purposes.
