Kalos Health, inc.'s mission is to promote the Health and well-being of the poor, distressed and under privileged people in the Western New York area as an approved New York state department of Health managed long term care plan by developing a network of care providers and working closely with providers to provide quality Health care. Currently, the organization is servicing individuals located in erie, niagara, Orleans, genesee, chautauqua, and monroe counties who are age 18 and older and have a chronic illness and/or Health disability.
