Baltimore Arts Realty Corporation

The Baltimore Arts Realty corporation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation, established in the state of maryland, for the purposes of acquiring, developing, managing and leasing real estate to serve artists and small arts organizations in the city of Baltimore with an emphasis on operating in areas of the city that are economically marginal or commercially undervalued at the time of the acquisition and development of property in that area.
