To establish a ministry that conducts special educational and worship Events for community outreach, including but not limited to music concerts, sermons, and other speaking Events, children's fairs and programs, and family programs; and to conduct a seperate children's program which would involve summer educational programs, summer camps, providing meals for children, field trips, and other children's activities to be conducted under a fictitious name "we care about kids".
