The New York Civil Justice institute (NYCJI) is a non-partisan nonprofit research organization committed to providing objective analysis and solutions to issues affecting the integrity, equality, and fundamental fairness of New York's Civil Justice system.NYCJI's mission is to advance understanding of Civil Justice issues. This is achieved by partnering with academic institutions to produce objective, empirical research. Our primary focus is on areas in which current academic research limited or nonexistent.
