The corporation is organized exclusively for religious purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, such purposes being to promote and facilitate the observance of the religious customs, laws, and traditions of the Jewish religion by providing the items necessary for observance to members of the faith so as to help relieve the financial hardship caused by the many expenses incurred while practicing Jewish customs and traditions.
