Lakeway Swim Team, inc. (LST) shall have the purpose of organizing, managing and operating swim programs in the Lakeway community. The club accepts members who meet the published eligibility requirements and desire to swim for competitive and/or recreational reasons, with a focus on swimming in a way to achieve fitness, improve swimming ability and make new friends in the community. LST organizes practices for swimmers to learn the rules of competitive swimming and improve their swimming ability, operates swim meets to provide competitive opportunities for swimmers and provides social opportunities for members. Swimmers receive instruction from coaches and compete against swimmers from other teams with similar ages and abilities.
