Norcal Cocker Rescue

To Rescue abandoned, abused, stray and impounded dogs primarily of the Cocker Spaniel breed. The organization houses these dogs in foster homes for the period necessary to rehabilitate them both physically and emotionally with the ultimate goal of placing them in permanent homes suited to their needs and characteristics.
