The corporation is being formed to promote the new evangelization of the Catholic church. The corporation intends to accomplish this through worship and action. The corporation will host events, conferences, retreats, talks and holy hours and will also produce audio and visual media such as dvd's and cd's and writings, in all availiable forms for publication such as articles, columns, blogs, internet publication and any/all availiable forms of media. Religious groups involved in the new evangelization of the Catholic church will benefit from these purposes. Nothing herein shall authorize the corporation, directly or indirectly, to own, operate, or maintain a public television and/or public radio station pursuant to section 236 of the education law nor to request funding as such.
