The corporation is organized exclusively to receive contributions which shall be applied toward charitable purposes, including the repair, renovations, maintenance, and preservation of historically significant, as well as culturally significant, buildings, including existing religious and cultural sites and structures, located within the rural hawaiian community of kaupo, maui, hawaii.
