Neighbors Helping Neighbors Rhode Island provides home repairs at no cost to low-income qualifying homeowners in South County RI enabling families to safely remain in their homes NHNRI was established in 2012 as a 501 c3 non-profit organization We are a 100 volunteer organization without paid staff administrators or physical office space of our own so we work in the most cost-effective way possible operating with an absolute minimum of overhead costs
